Sharp, well-lit photos print best. We check every file before printing and will contact you if one will not hold up at the size you have chosen.

• Upload the original from your phone or camera, not a WhatsApp forward
• A screenshot or a photo of a screen will look soft when printed
• Leave a little space around your subject so nothing important is cropped
• We will warn you on the product page if a file is too low-resolution

No nails, no drilling, no wall damage on our acrylic and collage products.

• Pre-applied adhesive mounts hold on painted walls, tile and wood
• Collage and gallery sets ship with a paper placement template — tape it up first, then stick
• Larger panels include steel standoff fixings and a drilling template
• Clean with a dry microfibre cloth only; never use solvent

Because each item is printed to your order, personalised products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. What we always fix:

• Damaged in transit — photograph the parcel and we reprint and reship free
• A printing or manufacturing defect on our side — reprinted free
• The wrong item or the wrong photo printed — reprinted free
• Raise it within 7 days of delivery at admin@arasudigital.in
