Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. Raise the request from your account under Order History, or email admin@arasudigital.in with your order number.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories, manuals, free gifts and tags.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and the packaging. We arrange a free pickup or replacement in these cases.

For hygiene and safety reasons, in-ear earphones and personal-care items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may add a few days.

Shipping fees already paid are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.
